Timothy J. Rosell

 


Tim is a life-long resident of Hornell and attended the Hornell school system and graduated in 1985. Thereafter, he attended Alfred State College for a year and then Alfred University where he graduated in 1990 with a BS in Political Science. He attended Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan from 1993 to 1996 where he served on the Law Review and was awarded two Certificates of Merit, Computer Legal Research, and Advocacy.

He returned to Hornell in 1996 and his employer William Pulos, his Alfred University professor, where they formed Pulos and Rosell, LLP in Hornell and where he continues to maintain a private practice.

Tim handles part of the Steuben County local Courts in a part-time capacity as he also did with the District Attorney's office from 2006 to 2009. Aside from his legal work he is also a licensed real estate broker and his private practice includes real estate, family law, and divorce.

His past times include cars, snowmobiles, hunting, and boat time at the local lakes. He also serves in a capacity as a Babe Ruth Baseball District Commissioner and is the President of the Hornell Erie Depot Museum and is a past-President of the Hornell Kiwanis Club. Tim is married and has two children.
