Mr. Tunney is a part-time Assistant District Attorney whose responsibilities include appellate work as well as selected Grand Jury and trial work. Mr. Tunney retired at the end of 2011 after 24 years as the elected District Attorney of Steuben County and was appointed on January 22, 2013, to his present position.
